New customers from online stores. Pay only for results

ThanklyClub shows your offer to a shopper right after they pay: on the thank-you page and in the order confirmation email. You pay only for new customers that you confirm yourself.

How it works

1

You create an offer

Describe the deal, the target action (sign-up, first order, subscription), your payout per new customer and the countries where it should run.

2

We review and categorize it

Moderation checks the offer and the link. The offer category decides which stores can show it.

3

The shopper sees a gift

After checkout the shopper sees 1–3 gifts on the thank-you page and in the order confirmation email. Your offer is one of them.

4

You confirm the conversion

The conversion reaches us by postback from your server. Within 14–30 days you confirm or reject it, and only confirmed conversions are paid.

Why it works

A high-trust moment

The shopper has just paid and is waiting for confirmation. They read the page and the email closely, so a gift feels like part of the purchase, not a banner.

Pay per new customer

CPA model: you pay only for the target action of a new customer, confirmed on your side. Impressions and clicks are free.

Brand safety

AI analyzes each store's catalog and keeps your offer out of stores where it competes with their products. Prohibited categories are not accepted in the network.

No personal data

Targeting uses store category, country and order amount. Names, addresses and emails of shoppers are never passed to you or to us.

Audience quality and brand safety

Only real shoppers see your offer: a person pays for an order first and only then gets the suggestion. The block appears on the thank-you page and in the order confirmation email, not on third-party sites or in ad networks.

Before launch, moderation checks the offer and the link. Then AI analyzes each store's catalog and hides your offer wherever it competes with the assortment: a sports nutrition offer will not show up in a sports nutrition store.

  • Not accepted: betting and casinos, crypto and trading, loans and credit, tobacco and vaping, 18+ content.
  • Banks, insurance, supplements, alcohol and dating are shown only in stores that turned the category on manually.
  • A store can turn off any category or a specific partner in its dashboard.
  • The block holds up to three gifts from different categories, so your offer does not get lost in a long list.
  • No more than three clicks on one offer from one order are counted, which protects the network from click inflation.
  • Partner offers are kept apart from the order lines and the order total. We agree on how to label the block so shoppers understand these are partner offers when we launch.

Integration and reporting

The click link goes through the ThanklyClub server: the network records the click, adds a sub parameter with the click ID to your offer URL and redirects the shopper to you. Save sub together with the sign-up or order, because you will use it to report the conversion.

You report a conversion with a server-side request to the postback URL. A repeat request with the same sub updates the status and amount, so you can send a conversion as pending first and confirm or reject it later.

Stores see impressions, clicks, conversions and earnings in their dashboards. What statistics you get for your own offer, and in what form, we agree on at launch.

  • sub is the click ID from the redirect link.
  • payout is the payout in euros; if you leave it out, the offer's rate is used.
  • status is pending (under review), approved (confirmed) or rejected; the default is pending.
  • secret is the postback secret that ThanklyClub gives you when you connect.
  • The exact request format and the other methods are described in the API documentation.

How payment works

The model is CPA: you pay a rate for each confirmed new customer. Placement, impressions and clicks are free. For you there is one rate; from it the store gets 60% and the network 40%.

A conversion arrives by postback as pending and stays under review for 14–30 days. During that time you reject duplicates, fraud, refunds and cancellations. Only confirmed conversions are paid.

For example, with a rate of €10 and 25 new customers confirmed in a month, you owe €250: stores get €150 and the network gets €100. We agree on the rate, the budget and the settlement process individually.

Online courses
Online coursesA course on the topic of the purchase helps people use what they bought: a camera gets a photography course, coffee gets a barista course. AI picks stores where the course topic matches the catalog.
Language learning

Advertiser questions

How is this different from a regular affiliate program?

The offer is shown inside a purchase in a real online store, not on aggregator sites. The store cares about the result because it gets a share.

Is this incentivized traffic?

By many affiliate networks' definitions, yes: the customer sees your offer as a gift, which is a bonus from the partner. That's why we only run offers that allow this format and direct partners who've agreed to it. The store never pays the customer for the action: the bonus comes from you, and the customer decides freely.

Can I limit the offer by order amount?

You can set countries and store categories. Limits by order amount we agree on at launch.

How fast can an offer go live?

It depends on moderation and postback setup. We agree on timing and launch terms individually.

What if the offer does not fit a store?

AI will not show it where it competes with the assortment, and a store can turn off any category or partner in its dashboard.

Is any personal data of shoppers passed on?

No. Targeting uses store category, country and order amount range. Names, addresses and emails of shoppers go neither to you nor to us. You receive only a click ID.

What happens if the postback is not set up?

Without a postback we do not learn about conversions, so there is nothing to pay for. Set it up before the offer goes live: we give you the URL and the secret when you connect.

Can I change a conversion's status after sending it?

Yes, while the review is running. A repeat postback with the same sub updates the status and amount, for example from pending to approved or rejected.

How much does it cost to run an offer?

Placement and impressions are free. You pay a fixed payout for each confirmed new customer. We agree the payout and budget with you individually.

How are conversions reported?

Through a server-side postback. On a click we pass you a click ID, and you send it back when the target action happens. See the API docs for details.

How long is the review period?

From 14 to 30 days, fixed in the offer terms. During that time you reject duplicates, fraud and refunds.

Who gets the payout?

The store that showed the offer gets 60% of the payout and the network gets 40%. For you there is a single rate; the split is our internal matter.

Which categories are not accepted?

Betting and casinos, crypto trading, loans and credit, tobacco and vaping, and 18+ content. Banks, insurance, supplements, alcohol and dating are shown only in stores that turned them on manually.
