Banking and payment apps as an order gift
A bonus for opening an account or card can be a noticeable gift, but financial offers call for care. That is why the category is enabled manually only.

What it means for the customer
The shopper gets a bonus from a bank or payment app for opening an account, getting a card or making a first purchase with it. Credit and loans are not part of this category and are banned in the network.
When it's hidden. It doesn't compete with goods. Hide it if you offer installments or payment services through a partner yourself.
Financial offers depend on trust, and not every store wants a bank sitting next to its receipt. That is why the category is off by default. Turn it on if your audience is adults buying electronics or travel goods and you are ready to review the partner list in the dashboard.

What the shopper sees
When the category is on, a card from a bank or payment app appears in the gift block with a short line: an account opening bonus, a free card issue or a first transfer with no fee. The shopper taps it on the thank-you page or in the order confirmation email and lands on the partner's site.
From there the shopper decides whether to open an account: sign-up, identity verification and card issue happen at the partner under its rules. Your store takes no part and receives no data about the shopper.
Why the category is enabled manually only
A bank offer next to a store receipt feels weightier than a coffee discount. A shopper may read it as your store's recommendation, so trust in you is at stake. Also, not every audience cares about a financial topic after buying ordinary goods.
The category suits electronics, clothing and travel stores with an adult audience used to cards and apps. Before turning it on, review the partner list in the dashboard and blocklist any you don't want. Credit and loans are not included in this category and are banned in the network.
What partners offer and how your store earns
The partner pays for a new customer, meaning a confirmed target action: opening an account, getting a card or a first purchase with it. The action goes through the partner's check within 14–30 days, then 60% of the payout is credited to your store, and withdrawals go out by SEPA from €50.
Target actions you'll see:
- opening an online bank account and a first card purchase
- issuing a multi-currency card
- signing up to a transfer app and sending a first transfer
- connecting a payment app with a bonus for new users
- getting a debit card with free maintenance for a trial period
Questions
Does this include loans?
No. Loans and credit are banned in the network and are never shown. Only accounts, cards and payment apps are included here.
How do I turn the category on?
In the store dashboard, in the category settings. It applies to the thank-you page and the email.
Does the store take responsibility for the financial product?
No, the partner offers the product on its own site under its own terms. But the shopper sees the offer next to your receipt, so choosing to enable the category and reviewing partners is on you.
How many partners are in this category?
It depends on the market and on which banks and payment apps operate in your country. The list is visible in the dashboard before you enable the category, and unwanted partners can be removed by domain in the blocklist.
Can I show financial offers only on the thank-you page, not in the email?
Display placement is set in the dashboard. If you need a specific rule for this category, write to us.
